By downloading, installing, accessing, or using 75 Days: For Her (“the App”), provided by {{LEGAL_NAME}} (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

IMPORTANT MEDICAL & WELLNESS NOTICE: 75 Days: For Her is designed strictly for informational, educational, and personal habit-tracking purposes. It is not a medical device, nor does it provide clinical diagnosis, medical treatment, or personalized healthcare advice.
Please review the following disclaimers carefully:
- Informational Estimates Only: Any nutrition calculations, caloric estimates, macronutrient suggestions, hydration targets, and workout logs provided by the App are generalized approximations. They are not tailored medical prescriptions or dietary therapy.
- Consult Qualified Professionals: Always consult your physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness routine, exercise regimen, or diet plan, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions, cardiovascular concerns, joint injuries, are pregnant, nursing, or have a history of disordered eating.
- Listen to Your Body: Exercise and physical discipline carry inherent risks. If at any point during a workout you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, unusual pain, lightheadedness, or nausea, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
- Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation in any physical activities, diet choices, or lifestyle habits tracked through the App.
3. Description of Service & License
75 Days: For Her is provided as a free, local-first utility for personal, non-commercial habit tracking on compatible iOS devices.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. Data Ownership & Local Management
The App stores all challenge data, workout records, notes, and photos locally on your device. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining physical and passcode security of your device.
- Creating regular backups of your data using the App’s built-in local JSON export feature (Settings > Export Data).
- Managing device storage space for photos and records.
Because data is stored on-device, we cannot restore lost data if your device is damaged, lost, or wiped without a backup.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including its code, user interface, visual styling, icons, text, and graphics, is the proprietary intellectual property of {{LEGAL_NAME}} and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based upon the App without our prior written consent.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF DEFECTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
