1. Privacy Commitment & Architecture

75 Days: For Her (“the App”), developed and published by {{LEGAL_NAME}} (“we”, “us”, or “our”), is built from the ground up with a strict local-first, privacy-by-design architecture.

We believe your personal health, wellness habits, daily checklists, and photos belong solely to you. The App operates entirely on your iOS device. We do not collect, transmit, store, monetize, or share your personal information.

2. No Account Creation or Sign-In

You do not need to create an account, register an email address, or sign in to use 75 Days: For Her. The application functions immediately upon installation without requiring personal identification.

3. Local-Only Storage & No Off-Device Transmission

All data generated during your use of the App is stored exclusively within your device’s sandboxed local storage:

• Daily Habit & Challenge Progress: Checklists, task completion records, daily notes, and milestone history are saved locally.
• Workout & Activity Logs: Exercise durations, activity types, and workout records remain on your device.
• Nutrition & Water Logs: Mindful eating entries, water intake tracking, and nutritional target calculations remain on your device.
• Wardrobe Logs & Progress Photos: Photos you take or select within the app are stored exclusively in local file storage (app sandbox / App Group container for widget display). Photos are never uploaded to remote servers or cloud databases.

There is no backend server collecting your usage, no public community feed, and no user-generated content shared across networks.

4. iOS System APIs & App Extensions

The App utilizes standard Apple platform APIs strictly for local functionality:

• UserDefaults (Required Reason CA92.1): Used exclusively to persist your local user preferences, notification settings, theme choices, and daily checklist state within the app sandbox and shared App Group container.
• File System Timestamps (Required Reason C617.1): Used to manage file modification dates for local JSON backup exports and cached local assets.
• Widget Extension: The home screen widget reads daily progress directly from the local shared App Group container. No network requests are made by the widget.

5. No Analytics, Tracking, or Advertising

We do not include third-party advertising SDKs, tracking frameworks, or behavioral analytics tools in the Release version of 75 Days: For Her. We do not track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites.

6. Data Export & Backup Instructions

You maintain full ownership and portability of your data. You can export your entire challenge history at any time:

1. Open 75 Days: For Her on your iOS device.
2. Navigate to the Settings screen.
3. Select Export Data (or Backup Data).
4. Save the resulting JSON file to your local Files app, iCloud Drive, or share it via the standard iOS share sheet.

7. Data Erasure & Deletion Instructions

Because we do not store your data on external servers, you have immediate and complete control over data deletion:

• In-App Reset: Go to Settings > Reset Challenge Data to erase all active challenge progress, logs, and photos from the device.
• App Deletion: Deleting the 75 Days: For Her application from your iOS device immediately and permanently deletes all sandboxed files, local databases, and stored photos associated with the app.

8. Children’s Privacy

75 Days: For Her does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data from any user, no children’s data is collected or processed.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
